1. What we collect

Account data: your name, email, and password hash. Workspace data: lead lists you upload (names, phone numbers, emails, companies, custom fields), call logs and outcomes, notes, voicemail recordings you record, and — if you enable recording — call recordings and their transcripts/summaries. Billing data: handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers. Operational data: logs and usage metrics needed to run the service.

2. How we use it

To operate the dialer (placing calls through our telephony provider, storing outcomes, generating transcripts on plans that include AI features), to bill you, to secure the platform, and to provide support. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your lead data to train models or for advertising.

3. Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to deliver the service: Neon (database), Telnyx (telephony — calls, phone numbers, recordings), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and file storage), and — for AI features — Deepgram and/or Anthropic (call transcription and summarization). Each receives only the data required for its function. Account credentials are stored in our own database, never with a third-party identity provider.

4. Your leads' data

You (the workspace) are the controller of the lead data you upload; we process it on your instructions. Honor deletion and do-not-call requests from your contacts — the built-in DNC tooling permanently blocks numbers per workspace. If a person contacts us directly about data in your workspace, we will refer the request to you.

5. Retention & deletion

Workspace data persists while your subscription is active. After termination, data is exportable for 30 days and then deleted in the ordinary course. You can delete lead lists, recordings, and voicemails at any time from within the app.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Telephony and CRM credentials are encrypted at rest with workspace-level isolation. Access to production data is limited and audited. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected issues to security@ninthfold.io.
